ISE vs. UNIS
ISE vs. UNIS
A mysterious turnaround from the events of last year occurred when last year's sixth place UNIS easily dominated this year's ISE MS Football team. After losing the first half for the game in which UNIS sported superior offensive ball control, utilizing alterating strikers to score bthe first three goals in the match by strikers Ren (11) and Panyin (5), ISE striker Hugo (9) attempted many well-timed retaliatory strikes, all of which were thwarted. UNIS, however, fired the killing shot when Panyin struck again, scoring a close shot and winning UNIS the plate 4-0. Dismayed spectator James had this to say: "Our tactics were all wrong. They have more offense than us and they could just defeat us by positioning someone at our striker." He also stated that the three-striker offense by UNIS against ISE was "effective."

ISE vs. UNIS
Game Summary
A relatively close match was played by defending champions UNIS and plate holders ISE. Fired up by the event, our girls did not cease to excite. Despite a one-goal head start by UNIS striker Yuen (13), our girls retaliated with swift vengeance with a goal by striker/midfielder Ngek (22) to equalize it. A furious and desperate mid-fight won ISE chances at goal that narrowly missed. However, UNIS made one last push, making us stuck at defense and scoring an ambiguous own goal by our striker, Brina (3) in the process. Despite losing to defending champions UNIS, the girls jumped three positions and won silver, something to be proud of.
